In the first half of the program, you’ll dive into core business concepts and frameworks, explore AI applications in transforming business strategies, and present data-driven recommendations for a Harvard/Ivey business case. The second half shifts focus to innovation, guiding you through the process of creating an AI-powered prototype with cutting-edge tools to tackle a real-world challenge.
Team up with 4–5 peers to apply AI solutions to mini business cases and compete head-to-head with other groups. Hone your collaboration and presentation skills as you pitch your startup idea and prototype to industry professionals in a high-stakes, hackathon-style final competition.
